"The Belly" at 37 Weeks

I took some maternity photos during a mini-session at the National Cathedral last weekend with the woman who will be doing our newborn photos. She is still editing all the pictures, but sent us a couple to preview. I figured I might as well post them now because by the time I get the other pictures, 0.9 might have already arrived...and I know everyone would rather see pictures of him anyway!

Made with Love

Joe’s mom is a very talented quilter. One of her first requests after we told her we were expecting was to let her know the theme for the nursery so that she could start looking for quilt fabric and patterns:-) Not only did she make us a beautiful quilt (see Joe's last post), bibs, and birp cloths, she recently sent us two of my most favorite gifts so far--handmade cotton baby books...

Nursery is as ready as it can be!

Comm. Issues

The above text string was recently sent between Bonnie and myself.  However, my loving wife hasn't quite realized that she needs to be careful on what she sends as it nearly launched me into a shear panic.

The green is Joe sending a text to Bonnie letting her know that a bunch of packages have arrived at the house, the generosity of our friends and family.

New cat toy!

A peak inside

This weekend we went to take a peak at the baby through the 4D ultrasound.  It was fantastic!  The little guy was moving around a lot but, the ultrasound technician was able to get a couple of snapshots (~190 pictures) of him

Check out a few....
