Grand-Nana-Rama

Mid-April, I was travelling to Chicago for a quick work trip.  We could not resist rolling it into a weekend visit with family.  Oliver was thrilled to get to ride on two planes in one day (DC to Chicago; Chicago to Madison).  We got to visit with Grandpa & Grandpa, Aunt Sheila and the gang; see Kate's high school play; and hang out with Oliver's friend August.  G&G drove us back to Chicago on Monday.  While I worked, Oliver, Joe and G&G met up with Nana and spent the day at Shedd Aquarium.  On Tuesday morning, Oliver rode in a real taxi to the airport and another plane back to DC.  After his whirlwind weekend, he was pretty happy to see the cats and rediscover all of his toys.  But, he is still talking about the details of his trip and all the fun he had.

Taking turns as King and Queen of the mountain.
Lots of running and giggles.
